I grew up not traveling a ton, not because the world wasnt worth seeing, but because getting there felt like a different life, one that belonged to other people. I was focused on survival, on becoming, on building something from scratch.
Then I started traveling and everything changed, Not in the way people say when they mean they found a beach they like. I mean genuinely changed. Travel became the place I went to remember who I was outside of what I produced for everyone else, Outside of the workload, family obligations, being the one everyone calls.
I'm Keshia, corporate advocate, founder and travel advisor behind Revive & Roam, and a woman who learned that rest is not a reward, its a requirement. I’ve traveled to 25+ destinations (and counting!) across the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, and Africa. Im preparing for a milestone birthday, I work way too hard, travel 2-4 times a year and I believe in extra leg room on every flight and business class on long flights, because I deserve. I plan trips for myself the same way I now plan them for my clients, with intention, care, no detail left untouched, and a blend of luxury, wellness, and culture.
The clients I serve are people I recognize because I am them. They are high achievers, the givers, the ones who hold it together at work, home, for their families, for their friends. They travel a few times a year (or know they should but put it off), because its not a luxury but apart of life. They know that a trip planned with intention often restores something that nothing else can. They appreciate a perk but will spend what it takes to meet the need they desire. They dont have time to compare 40 hotel options on three different websites. They want someone who gets it and handles it.
I plan restorative experiences, wellness retreats, cultural immersions, milestone celebrations, group escapes and luxury cruises, for adults who are ready to stop treating travel as something they will do someday. I book travel domestic and international, and work with trusted suppliers to make sure every detail is covered. I keep my client list intentionally small, so I can protect the time I have to give you the quality you deserve.
If you have been waiting for the right time, the right person, or the right reason to finally take the trip, this is it. I plan travel for people who deserve it. That's you. So let's create something worth packing for.
Everything you want to know before you reach out.
Why do you charge a planning fee and what does it actually cover?
The planning fee covers what you can't see, the hours of research, supplier outreach, rate comparisons, and itinerary design that happen before a single proposal lands in your inbox. In addition to the support and access before and during your travel. It's how I protect your time and mine.
It is separate from your total trip cost and non-refundable because the work begins the moment you say yes, not the moment you book.
What kinds of trips do you plan and what's outside your specialty?
I specialize in intentional, adults-only travel for professionals who want the experience handled beautifully. That includes: wellness retreats, cultural immersion, milestone and group trips, short resets, and luxury cruises (e.g. Virgin Voyages, Oceania, Silversea etc.) domestic and international. I love booking the Caribbean, Mexico, but clients also go to Central and South America, Europe and Africa.
If there's something you're looking for that I dont do, I'll happily point you toward someone who serves that well.
Can't I just book this myself?
You absolutely can! And if your goal is the lowest possible price on a trip you've already planned in your head, you probably should.
But if your goal is the right trip curated to exactly what you need, booked correctly the first time, with someone who knows the difference between the room with the view and the room next to the elevator, that's a different conversation.
I have supplier relationships that get my clients access, amenities, and rates they often can't find on a booking site. I know what questions to ask and if an issue arises, I assist in handling it so you're not alone in a hotel lobby.
My clients don't hire me because they can't book a trip. They hire me because their time is worth more than the hours it would take to do it right themselves.
What happens if something goes wrong on my trip?
This is exactly why you don't book alone. If something goes wrong, I help advocate. I help get you to the right person, and escalate. You are not navigating that alone from a foreign country.
I also strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip, and I present options at the time of booking. Travel insurance covers what even the best planning can't prevent, like illness, weather, and the unexpected. I'll walk you through your options so you can make an informed decision.
How far in advance should I reach out?
The earlier the better especially for international trips, luxury properties with limited availability, and group travel. For a quick reset: 4–8 weeks out is workable. For a cultural journey, wellness retreat, or bucket list destination: 3–6 months gives us the best selection and pricing. For group trips with 6 or more travelers: 4–6 months minimum, especially around popular travel periods.
That said, if you have a trip in mind and you're not sure you have enough lead time, reach out anyway. I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do you work with men, or is this only for women?
Absolutely! My marketing tends to resonate with women because the language of restoration, burnout, and pouring into yourself speaks loudly to them. But the experience of being stretched thin, needing to exhale, and wanting travel handled right? That is not gendered.
I plan travel for high-achieving professionals, full stop. If you're a man who travels with intention, doesn't want to spend hours comparing hotels, and expects the experience to match the investment: you're exactly who I built this for.
What does a trip typically cost and what's your minimum?
Trip costs vary based on various factors including destination, length, property level, and number of travelers.
I don't have a strict minimum, but I'm most effective for clients whose trip investment, excluding the planning fee, is $2,500 or more per person. If you're not sure whether your budget aligns with what I plan, the discovery call is the right place to find out, no pressure, no commitment.
